• Taldur Cross - Vampire.  Leader of the Southern Cross clan.  He spent a few years prior to the Clan Vote negotiating treaties between the warring clans (Vampires, Werewolves, Harpies, Centaurs, Minotaurs, A'rakas and other hybrid races).
• Celeste Blackgaard - Vampire.  Taldur's wife.  She gave Taldur the strength and courage to step in and try to negotiate treaties between the warring clans.
• Bergtran Reaver - Werewolf.  Taldur's best friend, accomplished mischief maker and self-proclaimed chocolate whore.  He is fiercely loyal to Taldur, is 1/2 Deity and married to Diana, the Wolf Goddess and loves to streak the castle grounds.
• Jar'diin Zauund - A'raka (Were-Spiders).  He is a fierce warrior who, after negotations, welecomed any and all to the forest haven Gollidur.  His loyalty is to Taldur and will defend the Kingdom of Necropolis at all cost.
• Adien - Minotaur.  He grew up in the city of Crux (Southern Cross territory) and is a childhood friend of Taldur.
• Deryn - Centaur.  He grew up in the city of Crux and is a childhood friend of Taldur.
• Circe - Major Deity.  After having embedded herself in the pages of Greek Mythology for turning visitors to her island into pigs, she began a quest of redemption.  She is working to thwart the plans of Epiales by guiding the citizens of Necros in the War For the Triad.
• Epiales - Major Deity.  The God of Nightmares seeks to blanket all of existence within eternal darkness.
• Schatten - Demigod.  He is the eldest of his siblings and is the current Guardian of the Dream Temple.  He has mastery over Shadows and teaches the chosen Hunters and Seekers how to use the ability known as Shadow Walking.
• Tariobal - Demigod.  Schatten's twin.  He is known as the Vampiric Demigod and watches over the Vampire race.  Circe charged him with the task of seeking out select mortals blessed by the Essence of the Triad (Hunters) in order to train them for the final stages of the war.
• Diana - Demigod.  The second youngest of the siblings.  She is known as the Wolf Goddess and watches of the Werewolf race.  Circe charged her with the task of seeking out select non-mortals blessed by the Essence of the Triad (Seekers) in order to train them for the final stages of the war.  She also has an army of loyal Werewolves that she can call to her aid through the Wolf Moon.
• Sotak - Demigod.  The youngest of the siblings.  He is being trained by his siblings; young and impressionable.
• Rudolph Pali - Vampire.  Childhood friend of Taldur.  The friendship ended when Rudolph's twin murdered Lucien, Taldur's twin, and Rudolph took the fall.  Banned from the Southern Cross clan, he was mortally wounded by his twin and then taken to Epiales.  Epiales saved Rudolph and now uses him as a pawn in his battle to claim all of existence.
• Matthis - Vampire.  His mother was a Succubus from Gateway City; his father was an Incubus from Gateway City.  His parents were murdered after his birth and the infant Matthis was to be drowned in the Poseidon Ocean.  He was saved by Epiales.  Matthis does not remember much of his childhood but carries a grudge against those who murdered his wife and son.  He was saved from death a second time by Rudolph.  Matthis is loyal to Rudolph, enjoys killing his victims through sex and has perfected the art of torture.
• Seth Cauldstone - Vampire.  Eldest son of Taldur Cross.  His mother is Circe.
• Lucien Cross - Vampire.  Middle son of Taldur Cross.  His mother is Celeste.
• Bergtran Reaver, Jr. - Werewolf.  Only son of Reaver and Diana.
• Marek Kederra - Mortal.  He is a highly accomplished Shadow Walker, Hunter.
• Raizel Castle - Mortal.  He is a bounty hunter and highly accomplished with firearms.  Hunter.
• Peter D'Angelo - Mortal.  Hunter.  He was chosen to build the city of Snake River, a save haven for Hunters.
• Hornbill - Gargoyle.  He is wiser than he lets on but tends to be a Primma Donna when he doesn't get his way.  He roosts upon the highest roof of the castle and is loyal to Taldur.
• Bromm - Centaur.  A highly accomplished mage who is secretly married to Ramawi.  He has a son named Anton, a fierce warrior and an expert in Astromancy.  He is loyal to Taldur.
• Ramawi - Minotaur.  A hightly accomplished warrior who is secretly married to Bromm.  She is loyal to Taldur.
• Xi'endra - Minotaur.  She was born shortly after the start of the Clan War.  Unable to have children, she spent most of her life playing caretaker to most of the characters.  Her past is shrouded in mystery but she is loyal to Taldur.
• Zesva - Harpy.  She serves as the official leader of the Harpies and lives in Drayton, the mountain village.  She is a fierce warrior, gives artistan and accomplished cook.  She is loyal to Taldur.
• Mara Pali -Vampire.  She is a Luster (sub-species that has the ability to exhange parts of their body with other races.  The augmentations alter the genetic code and often causes mental instability.  The Luster gentic code allows them to rise from death as flesh-craving zombies) and is Rudolph's first wife. 
• Balemos Pali - Vampire.  He is half-Luster but has no desire to augment himself with stolen body parts.  He is Rudolph's oldest child, only son.
• Vinata Pali - Serpentis (Snake People).  She is Rudolph's second wife but is more accepting of other races.
• Ja'tal Pali - Hybrid.  She is half Vampire, half Serpentis.  She is Rudolph's middle child.

Wolf Moon

Well, as many of you know, Wolf Moon has been 100% handwritten and is now in the process of being typed up...almost done with Chapter 10.

 

I know what I have posted at my site so far is rough, but that's to be expected with first draft material.  The rewrite will likely happen once I have typed up the third novel...that way I can better fix any continuity problems.

 

It's been a wild journey so far.  The project has taken many unexpected twists and turns; jeez, just going back and comparing it to the original story guide is a trip.

 

Heh, heh.  I would like to thank five of my friends for their support and for allowing me to use characters of their creation:  Last Beautiful Girl; Mac, Tessadragon, Greeneyed Mermaid and White Rabbit.

 

I would also like to extend an extra special thanks to the one who listened to the story guide, helped me come up with character looks and even a few of the unexpected twists and turns:  Thank you Wayne.

I don't know why but all of a sudden I feel that life is good.  So, to celebrate this rare event, I have decided to create another useless entry into my blog files.  As we all know, blogging is an act of desperation that requires a person to post something they feel is important enough to share with anyone who might read.  In truth, the entry is nothing more than useless drivel whose sole purpose is to make to blogger feel like they're more important than they really are, at the same time making the blogee suddenly realize they've just wasted a few precious moments of their life...precious moments that are now forever gone due to a blogger suffering from an act of desperation.  Since you, the blogee, have read my, the blogger, blog entry, completely and totally useless I know, I know have power over you.  Mwah haha ha haha!  Yes, you've just shaved precious time off your life reading this useless drivel.  Mwah ha ha ha ha.  I am your Dark Lord and Master.
